2009 is being kinder to us here in Central Texas. We are fortunate that we have not been feeling the massive slowdown that the rest of the country has been going through. Inventory is up, but buyers are still coming into our market. Some areas are slowing but others are red hot. I know as I have seen multiple offers on some homes that I have had clients interested in. New home sales are off but seem to be stable now. Our market is off from its highs and with interest rates as low as they are now, there might not ever be a better opportunity to buy.
