A goal we have for 2008
I have a plea that has nothing to do with Real Estate.
My wife and I are cat people. Actually I should say we are animal people. We feed stray cats, raccoons and even possum. We think all animals deserve to have a good life and if we have the power to make that happen (which we do) then we will do it.
We recently had the good fortune to meet a great group of people who are not just talking about helping animals but they are making it happen. The shelter is called Friends of Gonzales Animal Shelter. They are a no kill shelter and really do care. I have never met any more dedicated and compassionate people in my life! They are in desperate need to find good homes for many dogs and cats but they also need food and supplies. Please do contact them and see how you can help. You will feel better knowing you saved an animals life or even several lives.
Remember one person holds a huge amount of power! This particular power is potentially over life or death of animals. The more the Friends of Gonzales Shelter is helped, the more animals they can rescue and find homes for. My clients know I am one to give the best service possible. I never ask for anything in return. But now I am asking.
